Delink from or delete a collaboration workspace (Sales and marketing)

When an opportunity or campaign no longer requires a collaboration workspace, you can either remove its association with the workspace or delete the collaboration workspace entirely.
If you attempt to delete a collaboration workspace that is associated with other campaigns, opportunities, or projects, Microsoft Dynamics AX delinks the workspace from the business area that you are working on, but the workspace is not deleted.
Delink a collaboration workspace from an opportunity
Click Sales and marketing > Common > Opportunities > All opportunities.
Select or open the opportunity that you want to delink from its collaboration workspace.
On the Action Pane, on the General tab, in the Set up group, click Collaboration workspace, and then select Delink collaboration workspace.
Delink a collaboration workspace from a campaign
Click Sales and marketing > Common > Campaigns > All campaigns.
Select or open the campaign that you want to delink from its collaboration workspace.
On the Action Pane, on the General tab, in the Set up group, click Collaboration workspace, and then select Delink collaboration workspace.
Delete a collaboration workspace from an opportunity
Click Sales and marketing > Common > Opportunities > All opportunities.
Select or open the opportunity that is associated with the collaboration workspace that you want to delete.
On the Action Pane, on the General tab, in the Set up group, click Collaboration workspace, and then select Delete collaboration workspace.
Delete a collaboration workspace from a campaign
Click Sales and marketing > Common > Campaigns > All campaigns.
Select or open the campaign that is associated with the collaboration workspace that you want to delete.
On the Action Pane, on the General tab, in the Set up group, click Collaboration workspace, and then select Delete collaboration workspace.
