Define an email identification for alerts

When you define an email identification for alerts, you attach the identification that you created specifically for alerts to the alerts function.
Click Organization administration > Setup > Alerts > Alert parameters.
In the E-mail ID field, select the email identification that you created for alerts.
Close the form to save your changes.
