ElementTypeDescriptionProvider.CreateCustomTypeDescriptor 메서드 (ICustomTypeDescriptor, Type)

ICustomTypeDescriptor(ElementTypeDescriptor일 필요가 없음)를 제공하기 위해 파생된 클래스를 재정의할 수 있습니다. 기본 구현은 단순히 CreateTypeDescriptor()를 호출하여 ElementTypeDescriptor를 만듭니다.
