Validates the list of catalogs to export.

Exception	Condition
ValidationException	The ProductsAndCategoriesClause should be specified if the export mode is ExpressionBased.
ValidationException	The catalog name in the CatalogsToExport property is invalid.

Validation ensures that your catalog XML file conforms to the proper schema.

This method performs the following validations:

Ensures the names of the catalogs specified in the CatalogsToExport property are valid.
Ensures that the ProductsAndCategoriesClause property is not empty when the Mode property is set to ExpressionBased.
