Parameters

• message
  Type: System..::.String
  The error message that explains the reason for the exception.

• propertyName
  Type: System..::.String
  Name of the property that violated the range constraint.

• usageOption
  Type: Microsoft.CommerceServer.Marketing..::.PromoCodeUsageOption
  Current usage option of the PromoCodeDefinition.

• isPublicCodeSet
  Type: System..::.Boolean
  A value which indicates whether the public code is set for this PromoCodeDefinition.

• inner
  Type: System..::.Exception
  The exception that is the cause of the current exception, or a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if no inner exception is specified.

Remarks

If the inner parameter is not a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference, the current exception is raised in a catch block that handles the inner exception.

The exception is thrown when PromoCodeUsageOption is Public and no public code is set, or if PromoCodeUsageOption is not Public and a public code is set.
