InvalidRuleException Constructor (String, Exception)

Initializes a new instance of the InvalidRuleException class with the specified error message and inner exception that caused the current exception.

Parameters

    The error message that explains the reason for the exception.
  • inner

Remarks

The exception that is thrown when attempting to specify an invalid rule.

All catalog exceptions, including the InvalidRuleException are derived from the CatalogException class. (The InvalidCatalogOperationException is ultimately derived from the CatalogException class.) The InvalidRuleException is thrown because you attempting to specify an invalid rule.
