How to Edit Inventory SKU Metadata

This topic describes how to edit the inventory SKU metadata. You edit the inventory SKU metadata to add or remove properties.
To add a property to the inventory SKU metadata
Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 , and then click Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager.
In Commerce Server Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager, in the Task pane, click Edit Inventory SKU Metadata.
In the Edit Inventory SKU Metadata screen, in the Available Properties section, select the property that you want to add to the metadata, and then click Add.
To save the inventory SKU metadata, click Save and close on the toolbar.
To remove a property from the inventory SKU metadata
Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 , and then click Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager.
In Commerce Server Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager, in the Task pane, click Edit Inventory SKU Metadata.
In the Edit Inventory SKU Metadata screen, in the Assigned Properties section, select the property that you want to remove from the metadata, and then click Remove.
To save the inventory SKU metadata, click Save and close on the toolbar.
