How to Delete a Custom Attribute from a Profile Definition

Follow these steps to delete a custom attribute from a profile definition. If you delete a custom attribute by mistake, you must re-create it. You cannot recover a custom attribute after you delete it.
To delete a custom attribute from a profile definition
Expand Commerce Server Manager, expand Global Resources, expand Profiles, expand Profile Catalog, expand Profile Definitions, right-click the profile definition from which you want to delete a custom attribute, and then click Properties.
In the Properties dialog box, on the Custom Attributes tab, select the attribute you want to delete, and then click Delete.
The custom attribute is deleted from the profile definition.
