Name Property

Gets or sets the name of the current DisplayTemplate object.

Property Value

Type: System..::.String
The name of the DisplayTemplate. May not be greater than 50 characters. All the DisplayTemplate objects must have a unique name. May not be nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Exceptions

Exception Condition
PropertyNullValidationException

An attempt was made to set the name to nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

StringLengthValidationException

An attempt was made to set the name to a string that was too long or to an empty string.

Remarks

Contains the friendly name describing the template The maximum length is 50 characters. When setting this property, leading and/or trailing whitespace is removed. Name must be unique.

All the DisplayTemplate objects must have a unique name.
