How to Export Coupons

This topic describes how to export coupons by using the Export Coupons Wizard.

Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.
In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.
In the Tree View pane, click All Discounts.

Note

If you cannot see the Tree View pane, click Tree View on the toolbar.
In the Search Results pane, select the discount that contains the coupons that you want to export.
In the Tasks pane, click Edit.
In the Discount Properties screen, on the Coupons tab, in the Batches section, select the coupon batch name that you want to export, and then click Export Coupons.
On the Welcome to the Export Coupons Wizard page, click Next.

On the Export Details page, do the following:

Use this	To do this
Batch Name	Select the batch file name for the coupons that you want to export.
File Name and Location	Type or move to the location where you want export the coupons in the selected batch.

Click Next.
On the Export Coupons Summary page, review the options. To make changes, click Back. To accept the property values and export the coupons, click Create.
On the Completing the Export Coupons Wizard page, click Finish.
On the Coupon Export Status page, review the status, and then click Close.
