Use the Direct Mail Properties page to manage the properties for the direct mail campaign.

Direct mail ID |
View the ID of the direct mail. You cannot edit this box. |
Campaign name |
View the name of the campaign. You cannot edit this box. |
Direct mail name |
Type or change the name of the direct mail. |
Description |
Type a description of direct mail. |
From e-mail address |
Type or modify the e-mail address from which you want the e-mail to originate. |
Reply to e-mail address |
Type or modify the e-mail address to which you want any replies sent. |
Default character set |
Select the default character set from the drop-down list. Direct Mail will use this character set when you send e-mail messages to this user if a preferred character set is not specified. The choice of character sets depends on site policy. This value might be the same for all languages. It might depend on the language of the e-mail message. Contact the site developer for the correct character set(s). |
Default language |
Keep the default language, or click the ellipsis button (...) to select another language from the Choose a Language dialog box. |
Message subject |
Type a short subject line in the Subject box. |
Message body source |
Type the absolute file path or URL for the direct mail. |
Mail format |
Select the format in which to send this e-mail message. Select the message format for this user from the drop-down list:

Personalize per user |
Select this check box to personalize the e-mail per user. |
