Advanced Web Log Import Properties, Restart Tab

Use the Advanced Web Log Import Properties dialog box, Restart tab, to specify the behavior of the restart option for the Web Server Log Import DTS task. If the Data Warehouse encounters an erroneous import log file, the restart option can either automatically stop the whole import process or delete the erroneous log file and continue after all the retry attempts have failed.

After you configure the restart properties, you must run the Configuration synchronization DTS task to synchronize your site configuration with the Data Warehouse before importing data into the Data Warehouse. |

Specify the number of times Commerce Server should attempt to restart an import process that has failed. |
To view information about why the Web log import process has stopped, click the Restart Details tab in the Import Web Server Logs dialog box.
