The PageGroup class defines a set of pages on which a DisplayableCampaignItem can be displayed.

Remarks
A PageGroup describes a site page on which a campaign item may be displayed. This class cannot be derived. This class and its properties are NOT supported by search. This object doesn’t keep its last modified timestamp, so a race condition is possible between two clients changing the value. It is possible that one change will overwrite a previous value.
