Enable-NetworkControllerNode

Enables a network controller node.

Syntax

Description

The Enable-NetworkControllerNode cmdlet enables a disabled network controller node that used the Disable-NetworkControllerNode cmdlet. After a network controller node is enabled, it will be able to process requests.

Examples

Example 1: Enable a network controller

PS C:\> Enable-NetworkControllerNode -Name "Node1" -PassThru

This command enables the network controller node named Node1.

-CertificateThumbprint

Specifies the digital public key X.509 certificate of a user account that has permission to perform this action. This is the certificate thumbprint of the certificate. Specify this parameter only if you run this cmdlet on a computer that is not part of the network controller cluster.

Indicates the intent to rejoin.

Use this parameter after cleaning up a node, for instance, if the node OS was replaced and the node is clean. The service fabric application data repopulates using information from the computer whose name is specified.
