New-AzSqlServerOutboundFirewallRule

Adds the allowed FQDN to the list of outbound firewall rules and creates a new outbound firewall rule for Azure SQL Database server.

Description

The New-AzSqlServerOutboundFirewallRule cmdlet adds the allowed FQDN to the list of outbound firewall rules and creates a new outbound firewall rule for Azure SQL Database server.

Examples

Example 1: Create a new outbound firewall rule

New-AzSqlServerOutboundFirewallRule -ServerName "Server01" -ResourceGroupName "ResourceGroup01" -AllowedFQDN "OutboundFirewallRule01"

ResourceGroupName : ResourceGroup01
ServerName        : Server01
AllowedFQDN       : OutboundFirewallRule01

This command creates a new allowed FQDN named OutboundFirewallRule01 in the list of outbound firewall rules on the server named Server01.
