7.6.2.1 Initializing a Connection to a Directory Server
This task initializes an instance of the ConnectionInfo element.

The task performs the following actions:
An instance of the ConnectionInfo ADM element is created and the values in the ADM are initialized to their default values. The default value of ConnectionInfo.networkConnection causes a new TCP connection to be used that is not associated with an existing ADConnection.
ConnectionInfo.targetName is set to the input parameter TaskInputTargetName.
ConnectionInfo.portNumber is set to the input parameter TaskInputPortNumber.
The ConnectionInfo instance is returned to the caller as TaskReturnConnectionInfo.
