Easily view suggested CRM actions in a banner that appears within a customer email. This feature is designed to help improve CRM data quality without disrupting your workflow. Suggested actions such as adding a new contact or lead to CRM or linking the email to track the history appear within the email messages and allow you to select or dismiss them.

Feature details

Actionable message banners provide you with the following capabilities:

  • Each actionable message banner provides access to high-value CRM actions that are contextual to the email on which the banner appears.
  • Quick actions cover adding new contacts or leads from the customer email to the CRM platform, or saving the email to CRM.
  • Clicking any action enables you to quickly complete it through the Copilot for Sales side panel in Outlook.
  • Actionable message banners appear on up to two external customer emails (on the email read surface) per seller per day. This limit is not adjustable.
