Inserts an EmbeddedMailObject into the EmbeddedMailObjectsCollection object at the specified index position.

Remarks
If index
is 0, value
is added to the beginning of the EmbeddedMailObjectsCollection. If index
equals the number of items in the EmbeddedMailObjectsCollection, value
is appended to the end.
