Writes a resource string to an HtmlTextWriter control. The WriteUTF8ResourceString(HtmlTextWriter, Int32, Int32, Boolean) method is used by generated classes and is not intended for use from within your code.

The starting position within value.

The number of characters within value to use.

fAsciiOnly

Boolean

true to bypass re-encoding; otherwise, false.

Exceptions

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Data that is not valid is being accessed; offset or size is less than zero.
