Processes the postback data for the HtmlTextArea control.

The collection of all incoming name values.

true
if the HtmlTextArea control's state has changed as a result of the postback; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
The LoadPostData method checks whether the postback value of the HtmlTextArea control is different from its previous value, and if so, returns true
.
The LoadPostData method is used primarily by control developers extending the functionality of the HtmlTextArea control.
