Initializes the filter expression with data source information.

Parameters
- owner
- Control
The control in which the ControlFilterExpression instance is contained, such as the QueryExtender control.
- context
- HttpContext
The application's current HttpContext object.
- dataSource
- IQueryableDataSource
The target data source for the ControlFilterExpression instance. If the DynamicFilterExpression instance is contained in the QueryExtender control, this parameter is the data source that the QueryExtender control refers to.
