속성은 TimeOfDay 시간 변경 시간만 정의하지만 날짜는 정의하지 않습니다. 날짜는 고정 규칙 변경에 Month 대한 및 Day 속성과 부동 규칙 변경에 Month대한 , WeekDayOfWeek 속성에 의해 결정됩니다. 이 DateTime 값의 날짜 구성 요소는 무시됩니다. 연도, 월 및 일의 값은 항상 1입니다.

속성은 TimeOfDay 고정 날짜 및 부동 날짜 전환 모두에 사용됩니다.
