Performs a logical comparison on the two SqlInt64 parameters to determine whether the first is less than the second.

Returns
A SqlBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than the second instance. Otherwise, False. If either instance of SqlInt64 is null, the Value of the SqlBoolean will be Null.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is SqlInt64.LessThan(SqlInt64, SqlInt64)
