설명

도구의 이름이 변경되면 속성 값이 변경되었음을 알리는 이벤트가 발생합니다. 설정 작업은 idempotent이므로 어셈블리 이름을 이미 있는 값으로 설정하는 경우 변경이 수행되지 않습니다.
