Maps a set of names to a corresponding set of dispatch identifiers.

Exceptions
The method is called late-bound using the COM IDispatch
interface.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code. For more information, see IDispatch::GetIDsOfNames.
