Gets or sets whether or not auto-outlining is supported outlining (this requires parser support for hidden regions).

Remarks
This property is associated with the registry entry AutoOutlining.
In the base property, even though this property can be set, the value is not written back to the registry. The base LanguagePreferences class sets this value to a default of true.
