To create a Wiki page, you have to do the following
- Click "Site Actions" to open the Site Actions menu.
- Click "More Options".
- Under "All Categories", click "Wiki Page Library".
- Type a name for the page and click "Create". Alternatively, you can click "More Options" to set further options for page creation, and then click "Create" to create the wiki page.
