Configure and Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a highly configurable application that has two primary implementation options; CRM Online & CRM OnPremise. The customization options you have available initially depend on the type of implementation you select CRM Online or CRM OnPremise. Customization options include out-of-box customizations like adding new entities, form modification, Processes (Workflows and Dialogs), JavaScript, Web Resources, Charts, Dashboards and more. Beyond out-of-box customizations, you also have SDK related options like plug-ins, custom workflows and other customization options that you may hear referenced to as 'XRM'.
This page is intended to group Configure and Customization articles by implementation method then categories so you can more easily find the information of interest.
