Issue
You are running GALSYNC and you get the following error on a conference room mailbox object:

Behavior
Provisioning to the Target Exchange environment works if you have Exchange Provisioning disable in the Management Agent. However, once you enable Exchange Provisioning to system throws a Metaverse error and continues. On the next synchronization, it does it again and duplicates the contact, on and on…
Solution
Disable the account associated with the conference room mailbox. This is the default behavior when a conference room mailbox is created.
