Technet Spotlight On Demand Video - William Henry - Integrating Legacy Assets with BizTalk 2006 R2

Exposing legacy Line-Of-Business applications to BizTalk enables the automation and optimization of mission-critical business processes spanning .NET and non-.NET applications, people and organizations. These tools enable IT organizations to deliver applications faster through the reuse of services. This session describes various approaches for integrating non-Microsoft applications with BizTalk 2006 R2, and discusses some gotchas and best practices when working with real-world heterogeneous environments. The session also includes a demonstration of how a Java CORBA Server on SUN Solaris, a WebSphere EJB on IBM z/OS and a JMS Server on Linux can be integrated into a single BizTalk Orchestration, using standard BizTalk 2006 R2 tools and IONA's Artix.
