    This graph is stupid. New Orleans is BELOW SEA LEVEL ALREADY!!!! As for those other cities - one is IN WATER already, so I'm completely lost as to how rising sea level is going to supposedly cover cities already at or below sea level - all is needed is a rain storm - NOT rising sea levels. But alas, I do understand the premise of the chart, I just find it a horrible design with bad representation.
