Rapha pops up

I popped over to the Rapha pop up store in London today and found a great crowd inside watching the Giro D’Italia. Though the Condor shop is just around the corner, this temporary store (there til August) is a great marketing idea by Rapha. With the Giro underway and the Tour de France coming soon, they’ve setup a friendly environment for folks to come and watch the races and soak up the world of Rapha. Like their garments, the store is beautifully designed with lots of little touches like the Rapha R sprayed on the floor and a small giveaway book called Inside Stories. There are some of their good on sale but most of the room is taken up with a communal table for watching the two big screens and a very groovy Citroen van. They have Nude serving fine coffee so I snapped up a bag of Rapha branded beans, caught a bit of the action and then tootled off.

You know what I think….I think Seattle needs one of these stores….hmmm
