A very timely quote (for me) from Joi Ito during his talk at Thinking Digital.

As I discussed the talk afterwards with Ralf Herbrich from Microsoft’s FUSE Labs he opined that this is exactly the role that FUSE plays in Microsoft – an ability to fail fast, learn quickly and test out projects in an environment that can sustain risk more than other parts of Microsoft.
