What do you like about Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008's BitLocker featureset?

I'm asking customers and communities for feedback on their experience of using / evaluating the Bitlocker featureset of both Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. I'd love to including your feedback too.

    We found it a pain to configure but excellent when we got it working. Basically we had a Dell D630 on which we trashed the Dell partition to create as the bitlocker partition, set it as active then had to use an XP bootable CD to reset the OS partition as bootable. However in operation it's absolutely seamless with no seeming impact on performance.
