To save yourself time when considering options for making the most of Windows Vista's security features in your environment it's well worth downloading the Windows Vista Security Guide. Like everything else on TechNet (except the optional software subscription) it's free of charge.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the guide takes the form of an MSI rather than simply documents - that's a minor grumble and I'm sure some people will prefer it that way anyway.
