Ever wondered what's in a hard drive?

I'm sure that most technical people have a good idea of how hard disks work and what components reside in the small silver tins we some times replace in computers. Have you ever actually opened up the case and taken one to pieces to see for yourself? I'm not suggesting you do so as you'll no doubt destroy the device but I enjoyed reading News.com's article titled Dissecting a hard drive as they do the dirty work for you/me/us :-)
