PDK for .NET targets also Sharepoint WebParts
As Ranger already described - the PDK is ready to deploy in both directions: SAP Enterprise Portal and Sharepoint technologies. This makes it easier in many cases to deploy (.NET) encapsulated functionallity from different (also SAP) components == Composite Application == into different Portlets (iViews for SAP and WebParts for Sharepoint). SAP Israel has already published a sample apps for Employee Self Services (ESS) published in Sharepoint:
The value in a dual portal environment is obvious, reuse of code, flexibility for the deployment and runtime environment of the app and of course .NET as the development foundation and wrapper.
