Scenario – compound off of original price
By default, we support real compound, say if you have two compounded discounts, each 10% off. We apply the second one off the discount price, so the effective percentage for the second one is 9%, and total is 19% off. Now you want to apply the second one as if the first one did not exist, so you would get 20% off total.
