Dag 2 av WPC og nye annonseringer
Det ble mange spennende nyheter på dag 1 av WPC. Dag 2 ble fulgt opp av en hel dag med sesjoner for deltagerne. To populære sesjoner var Building a hybrid cloud business with Microsoft og How to build Microsoft Azure practices for the Internet of Things (IoT) , sammen med sesjoner med fokus på muligheter for ny vekst og lønnsomhet igjennom Microsoft teknologi.
Sesjonene vil i slutten av juli også bli tilgjengelig for de som ikke deltar.
Høydepunkter fra dag 2
New cloud and mobility competencies: To support partners in their efforts to satisfy the enormous customer demand for mobile and cloud solutions, we are launching new competencies for Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) and Windows 10. The EMS competency is the final latest addition to the cloud competencies we announced last year at WPC.
The Windows and Devices competencywill provide partners interested in building customer offers around Windows 10 with a dedicated learning path, additional Windows 10 software for internal use, and access to key resources such as Windows Accelerate.
New application certification platform: To make it easier for partners to certify their applications for competency requirements, we launched a new streamlined certification platform as part of the Partner Center. This will enable Cloud ISVs and App Builders to qualify for Cloud Competencies (Cloud Platform / Cloud Productivity / Cloud CRM) solely through their certified cloud applications.
Removing Sales Assessment/ Unique MCP Requirements: In order to help partners spend more time on learning and less time on administration, we are eliminating the sales assessment requirement and allowing organizations to use the same individuals who have achieved Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification to be counted towards meeting technical requirements in multiple competencies.
