May IT Camps - Private Cloud: SCSM 2012
It is time for our May IT Camp, this month we will be focusing on System Center Service Manager 2012.
As a reminder to those who have not attended an IT Camp before, please have a quick look at our previous post here.
This event will follow on the heels of the Best of Microsoft Management Summit roadshow that covered Cape Town, Durban & Johannesburg. Now is an opportune time to get an in-depth technical understanding of SCSM 2012.
As in the previous IT Camps, the content will be presented by experienced IT Professionals who have real world experience in designing and delivering the deployment of SCSM 2012. This month we will have Fletcher Kelley from Europcar delivering the content around SCSM 2012. Along with hearing from Fletcher around his and Europcars experience with SCSM 2012, these sessions will also be a great source of information gathering from IT Professionals in the South African community who have been running System Center 2012 in their environments.
Following numerous requests and feedback from attendees at the April IT Camp, we have again made two options available this month:
- Two evening IT Camps
- One 1/2 day morning IT Camp
The presentation content and production demonstrations will be the same content repeated over the three IT Camps, so there is only a requirement to choose one of the sessions.
