Vault + Mono = Linux Support
I don't pretend to be on top of all the work done in the Mono world, but this strikes me as being the first comercial application that:
1. is advertising that it supports running on Mono
2. has gone through the work to test on Mono,
and I suspect,
3. has probably worked w/ getting fixes in Mono in order to allow it to run properly.
I think this is a cool milestone for the whole Mono effort.

Is there a certification process for runtimes that meet the specifications? Does the ECMA/ISO rubberstamp tools to ensure they actually do perform to spec?
Is there a set of tools we can run to test conformity? - Anonymous

I suspect there are none of these but as I know very little about Mono, I also know very little about ECMA/ISO's spec processes around the runtime and C#.
If you want to see it happen though, having more apps that do what Vault did I'm sure would only help the process. - Anonymous

Hey there,
I failed to update you on this earlier. Sourcegear actually contracted Ximian to get Mono up to spec to support this.

I think they did the community a great favor. - Anonymous
