Project Crescent -- Turning Business Intelligence on its head and letting all the brainy bits fall out
At the recent SharePoint 2010 Conference in Anaheim I met some old and new friends and learned a lot. One of the things I'm really excited about is new functionality for Sharepoint 2010 once it's connected to the next version of SQL Server. There's lots to like about SQL Denali, but for Business Intelligence, the Crescent Reporting feature is close to magic. Maybe I will pique your interest by saying it's the equivalent of taking your PowerPoint presentation and making all the graphs and charts interactive.
