Cavalcade of Camps: .toolbox Event - May 14
My announcements of upcoming free, developer (or in this case designer) camps continues with a rebranding of an event I announced a while back. Note, this one’s on a Friday though!
Adam Kinney, Technical Evangelist for Silverlight and Expression Studio, is delivering a day’s worth of presentations and hands-on training focused on using Silverlight and Blend from a designer’s perspective, and to celebrate the launch of the incredibly cool (and fun) .toolbox site, the event got somewhat of a makeover.
It’s the same awesome content though, and if you already signed up for the “Silverlight Design Days” you’re all set – in fact, depending on when you read this, the event page may still have the old branding, so to be clear:
Silverlight Design Days = .toolbox event = register here
As Adam states in his blog, this event is designed for
- designers who want to build on their interaction skills
- developers who want to learn Silverlight
- developers who want to improve their Silverlight UI skills
hmm, kind of sounds like everyone – personally, I’m in that last category, just add the word desperately in there.
