Sam - sorry you ran into configuration problems. We have a real challenge with these kinds of drops. At the PDC we wanted people to have the newest set of bits on all accounts. Unfortunately that doesn't always mean they are in sync. For example, the Vista PDC build has a late Beta2 build of Whidbey but we are then giving out the RC (which we just locked down last week) for Whidbey/Yukon separately. Often it simply takes a lot of time and testing to move bits around between DevDiv, Windows, and SQL. All of this makes it hard for client apps like Max to pick the ideal build that works everywhere. Our alternatives would be to force sync everything to the same set of builds, but that would mean you'd get the oldest build common to everyone and nothing newer. I hope you agree getting access to the latest is important. Again, sorry for the pain this in turn causes... Jason

Thanks for your response. I 100% agree with you. I'm just a bit fustrated in trying to do various things for various clients. I am in many of the associated TAP programs but have not been able to get the Vista PDC build. How can I get that? Keep up the good work!
