DIS 29500 (Office Open XML) moves on to the next phase

Ecma just posted a press release this morning announcing that Office Open XML has now officially moved on to the next phase in the ISO standardization process: https://www.ecma-international.org/news/PressReleases/PR_TC45_April2007.htm

This means that a 5 month technical review period will kick off today, and is scheduled to wrap up on September 2
of this year.
