Azure 사용하지 않는데 비용청구가 되었습니다.

I would like to ask if I can get a refund of the fees charged on November 9.
I was just practicing with Azure.
I stopped it after testing, so I thought I would not be charged.
Because I terminated subscription and I haven't used the service since. And I completely forgot.
However, almost ₩5,208 was charged on November 9th of this month.
I really didn't know that I was charged when I didn't delete subscription. That's why I just terminated/deleted subscription.
I only tested to study the various services of azure, but I am so embarrassed that I am charged so much, I have no idea to pay this.
Even, I didn't get told any notice related to chareges from mail or sms as always. Also, I cannot check any chareges on billing dashboard now cause I already deleted the subscription at my account. I would like to ask if I can get a refund in this situation.

구독취소를 눌럿지만 구독은 되어있고 무료사용으로 알았지만 과금이 되고 다음달 또 청구 될꺼라고 합니다. 확인부탁드립니다.
