Hello,
Did you receive this error message when running the Updater tool from the Get the anniversary Update Now link at Windows 10 update history?
This error is due to the fact that the tool only works with Windows 10 Home, Professional, and Education editions. If you are running Windows 10 Enterprise Edition, you will receive an error message.
To resolve this issue, use another method to upgrade to Windows 10 version 1607. For example, download the ISO and then run the installer from there.
