2D 回転変換オブジェクトを作成します。

新しい回転変換オブジェクト。 このパラメーターを NULL にすることはできません。
戻り値
型: HRESULT
関数が成功した場合は、S_OK を返します。 そうでない場合は、HRESULT エラー コードを返します。 エラー コードの一覧については、「 DirectComposition エラー コード 」を参照してください。
解説
新しい 2D 回転変換オブジェクトは、Angle、CenterX、CenterY の各プロパティに対して 0 の静的な値を持ちます。
