HttpCookie が適用される URI パスコンポーネント。

Path プロパティは、この HttpCookie が適用される配信元サーバー上のパスのサブセットを指定します。このプロパティを指定しない場合、既定のパスは任意のパスと一致し、 HttpCookie はすべての HTTP 要求で Domain に送信されます。
