カスタム レポートが、そのノードのレポート パラメーターを参照している場合は、選択したオブジェクト エクスプローラー ノードのコンテキストでカスタム レポートを実行できます。 これにより、カスタム レポートで現在のコンテキスト (現在のデータベース、データベースまたはサーバー オブジェクトなど) を使用できます。

この例を実行するには、次の手順に従います。

オブジェクト エクスプローラーのノードのレポート パラメーター値を表示するには

  1. 次のサンプル コードを新しいテキスト ファイルにコピーし、.rdl 拡張子を使用してファイルに名前を付けます。

  2. カスタム レポート用にデータベース サーバー上に作成したフォルダーにレポート ファイルをコピーします。

  3. Management Studio で、オブジェクト エクスプローラーでノードを右クリックし、[レポート] をポイントし、[カスタム レポート] をクリックします。 [ファイルを開く] ダイアログ ボックスで、カスタム レポート フォルダーを見つけてレポート ファイルを選択し、[開く] をクリックします。

    オブジェクト エクスプローラー ノードから新しいカスタム レポートを初めて開くと、そのノードのショートカット メニューの [カスタム レポート] 最後に使用したリストにカスタム レポートが追加されます。 標準レポートが初めて開かれると、[カスタム レポートの ]の下の最近使用した一覧にも表示されます。 カスタム レポート ファイルが削除されると、次回そのアイテムを選択すると、最後に使用したリストからアイテムを削除するように求めるプロンプトが表示されます。

    1. 最近使用したリストに表示されるファイルの数を変更するには、[ツール] メニューの [オプション]をクリックし、[環境] フォルダーを展開して、[全般] クリックします。

    2. 最近使用したリスト の表示ファイルの数を調整します。
